The place where the poor and despised dwell. Here also is where the meetings of a society known as the "BLUE" dwell. Their soul mission is to overthrow the queen and set chaos to the land. Don't think they aren't being watched though every week the queen chooses someone to go to the meeting and listen in. Anyone suspected of treason is taken and shot immediately. The leader of this group remains unknown but the society is being picked apart one by one.
