Built near the front gate of Necropolis, the market is not like your common market... as some shops sell parts of the dead others sell the undead and few sell themselves. This market was large due to the old king for he never truly watched his people, his guards knew what punishment fit the crime and only a few times did the prince step in to fix this problem. But under the new king, the market has changed some and it is not uncommon for him to show up with a few of his guards or just a sum of guards to hang around the markets. It is still a lot like a black market of some sorts, just not nearly as bad.
