1) the forums are to be split up like this
I announcements
are to be used for announcements
all spam is to be deleted
II stickeys
are to be used for "real" conversations
all spam unrelated to topic is deleted
III normals
are like to be used for casual conversation

2) if we get any funny buisness (ex. hate forums unless started by the person themselves), the person who does this will get their membership revoked

3) quoting
A) no excessive quoting lets keep it to five quotes per post
- if it is a long post it counts as two
B) no quoting pictures there is no point to quoting pictures. just say which picture it is and that will be good.
