vampires are being hunted down,blood is getting harder to get a hold of cause of the new no betting human laws and the blood banks refuse to serve vamps unless said vamp works for the state(the hunting down and or killing of none restricted vampires)((restricted as in signed the date there was made and age,and say that if the Government so wish there would kill them self and or others and that they or only allowed to stay in one area))
