Malice smiled eagerly as he drew the circle in the sand, scoring the line with the tip of his lightsabers blade. Malice was overjoyed to have the simple circle in the sand, drawn once more by his own hands. He recalled his own moments in the battle circle long ago...fighting other Mandalorians in single combat for honor and glory. The rules of the circle were simple as well...their simplicity more a strength then a detriment, as the case often was with such things. Turning to the assembled outcasts members, his eyes lingering on Janlu for a brief moment longer then needed, before coming to rest on Commander Nole. Malice knew that Yom Nole would know and understand what the circle meant, and respect it highly for what it was. Taking a moment to gather his thoughts, Malice addressed the other outcasts.

"This is The Battle Circle. The rules of The Battle Circle are few and simple. First, no deathblows are permitted, which means don't try to kill each other on purpose. Second, neither combatant is allowed to leave the Battle Circle. Step outside the boundaries and it will immediately be counted as a loss. Third, the only weapons allowed are those permitted by the combatant who has the most honor. This could range from unarmed combat to vibroblades and vibroswords, depending on the preference of the more honorable combatant. In example; a new recruit challenges commander Nole to a duel in the battle circle. Since the recruit is a Sith apprentice, Commander Nole sets the limitations to no force powers, items or Jedi weapons, choosing instead for both combatants to duel with just blunted Vibroblades. Fourth, in order to challenge the champion or former champions of the Battle Circle, one needs the recommendation of one who was a champion at one point. Or in this case since no Champion yet exists, you must receive the blessing of one of the masters, or Commander Nole."

Simple to understand, and easy to follow. Malice preferred things as such. "As I will be serving as the Circle's Watcher, please bring all challenges to me for approval."
