I agree with tsu on the lips. Idk if you were going for a focal point or not, but if so, maybe you should use something a little larger and less.. idk what word I'm looking for here.. blurred, maybe? The avatar itself is pretty good over all though. Also, the items on the top are kinda large compared to the rest of the avatar, but that isn't too bad really.. just something that stands out to me. >_<;

The blue on (I think) the bloomers stands out to me, maybe work some more of that light blue in throughout or lose it? ---and I agree that a different face is in order. The lips are super obvious.
Otherwise, bamf.

Let meh see here, closed eyes, correct? There are a few other items that have a closed eye pose. Umm.. compass of seidh, chuchip's blessing, and since the face is black anyway you could probably use lumiere noire (if you have one). I don't know if you have any of those items or not though. ^^;; I noticed that too but I wasn't sure if it was actually there or if my eyes were acting all weird on my from staring at it too long. rofl
