Hi, I'm DoomZombie. Better known as that crazy Irish guy because of my tendency to rant for no apparaent reason about hideous plots for world domination, the Elder Gods, or some such thing. While I'm not TECHNICALLY insane, sometimes I think I might be. I'm a collector of the macabre and a necromancer. I play assorted roleplays and video games most of the time and the occasional card game.

I've been into lovecraft since I became a fanatic of the necronomicon. But lovecraft is better, methinks. And its funny, when you just refer to his books as lovecraft stuff, peopel think yuor talking about magick.... but that doesn't bother me since i do that kinda stufff, and its fun...

I'm one of the most insane people I know that's not on medication for it. I tend to fall under the "gamer" category usually. I'm "abso-freakin'-lutely insane." It seems to be a common trait in the guild. Lovecraft is currently my favorite author. I play warhammer and am intending to devote time to create a whole army based off of a debased, lunatic Cthulhu/Elder Gods cult. If anyone plays warhammer, you'd know about these kinds of undertakings. God, I'm insane.

It fun to paint plastic things that got spray painted cuz' the paint doesn't chip off....

I'm Whigh, a college student in his third year. I've been on Gaia for over two years, coming up on my third year Gaia B-day in a few months. I've read all of the H. P. Lovecraft's published work and am currently working on getting hold of some of his correspondance. I'm mostly a fan of his dream stories, but am quite familiar with everything. Haven't played any of the Cthulhu rp games that are out, but have played significantly in D&D, and am currently DMing a campaign with a group of friends.
If you can't find me and need to get ahold of me and don't want to PM me, you can find me in the Lotto subforum, in the Hybrid Lotto.

Hi, I'm a 32 year old female and don't do much roleplaying. Oops. But I love to read Lovecraft and watch those horrible movies people have made. And the good ones too...like Out of Mind, Cast a Deadly Spell, Witchhunt, and my favorite Re-animator! Jeffery Coombs is my spooky hero. I'm afraid I like a bit of humor in my Lovecraft films. Reading Lovecraft, on the other hand, I like it just the way it is. I can see the seriousness of the Things Man Was Not Meant To Know. I'm really into Lovecraft and Cthulhu (although Mi-go are my favorite) and it's just cool to meet other people who like this creepy stuff.

Hi my name is Obsydian, I'm 32, a huge Lovecraft fan and an avid dreamer. I adore the unspoken horrors of HP, the infinate caverns and the meeping ghouls. I hope one day to have my very own ancestral home complete with a tower that over looks a town that isn't there, cairn stones on the hill top and cornerless room.
My favourite Lovecraft stories are the Cats of Ulthar and Dream Quest for the Unknown Kadath and The Moon Bog and Shadow out of Time and the Colour out of Space and the Hound of Tindalos and all of them.

ninja Cool cool...hm...you people are all twice my age xP
As for the humour with the movies/other representations...Yea, it lightens the mood. Anyone ever hear the CD/supposed musical that didnt exactly get made Shoggoth on the Roof? Terribly funny yet serious at the same time...xP I was listening to it in the car and got my dad into hp o_o ninja
