Keine spends most of her time in the school grounds from sunrise to dim light. She is not human, but actually a were-hakutaku, the beast of history. She can fully control history in the night of full moon, and as human she can conceal any piece of history. She is kind and caring, if a bit naive of modern life.

 Flying through the early morning air, Shen touched down with cat like grace holding his hand out and simply dropping his daughter off. "....you be good ok?....I dont want to hear about misbehaving...."He leaned in and pecked her on the cheek. "...go and make your father proud. If you need me just use the ring I gave you."he turned and leaped clean out of the village.

Mara Blushing and disliking the fatherly overprotective affection, Mara peeked around a little unsure and frightened about the new environment. "H....hello?..."

Keine came forth at the sound of people in the school. It took her a bit but she found the guests soon enough in time to see the larger youkai leave. The traher came out to meet the young small child like youkai,"Hello, how do you do today? Keine smiled, "I am Keine Kamishirasawa, you may call me Miss Keine, since that is easier I presume! I am the teacher of the village, may I help you today, dear?"
A half youkai herself, Keine wasn't scared of Mara.

Mara Jumping slightly from the sudden speech Mara looked up shyly. "...ah...um...h...hello...I am Mara. My father dropped me off for school...I dont know if he knows if thats ok or not"She gave a short nervous bow. She knew nothing of her own power of of combat, and Shen's stern warnings always frightened her of the possibilities of being harmed.

"Oh I see, it's your first day of school? How exciting!" The teacher smiled encouragingly, before turning to guide Mara inside the school building, "Of course its fine. I have made this school open to humans and youkai alike. You see, it's my wish to foster a home where youaki and human can interact in peace and as equals, rather than as permanently feuding races."

Mara She smiled. Having been raised not by her father but by the few human monks within the magic barriers of the false world, she knew almost nothing of the relationship of humans and youkai. "...well...Im only half oni. So a peaceful place for both human's and youkai sounds wonderful."she smiled happily. "oh....where do I sit?"

Keine "You may sit wherever you feel like sitting, I don't believe in sitting charts. Most of the children will arrive in a few minutes," Keine walked into her classroom going to pick up the class roster, "I will just need your name, dear."

Mara "ah..I am Mara."she sat gently in a chair careful not to damage anything. she was not at all used to her strength. "I dont know much because the people who raised me didnt have much to work with and we were kinda separated from the world"

"Teeeaaacheeerrr!"From outside the school, a small, yet cheerful voice could be heard. Shortly after, a young child with snowy-white hair burst through the schoolhouse's doors, carrying a bag of books with her. "Good morning, Miss Keine!" The girl bowed properly and with a smile, almost tipping over with her energy. As she rose, she noticed the other person in the room, someone she had never seen before. "Awww, I'm always the first one here..." Pouting lightly, she went to her chosen seat, somewhere in the middle yet far left side of the classroom and set her bag down beside it. "Miss Keine, Miss Keine! Are we gonna start soon?"

Mara In the new environment Mara simply blushed and found a place to sit. It was all so new to her. Turning to the newest member of the class he gave a short bow from the sitting position. "Im sorry about the whole first thing...my daddy just up and dropped me off here."She waggled her feet not really sure what to do.

"Well just this once, Sabisuski," Keine laughed and gave a short bow back,"We will start in about fifteen minutes girls, for now, how about you telling Mara what class is like?"
The teacher looked at her roster again,"Experience is best told from someone who has lived it after all."

"Huh? Oh, okay Miss Keine!" Little Sabitsuki seemed all too happy to help. After setting her things down, she skipped towards Mara. "Hi!" She said bluntly, placing her hands down on Mara's desk and staring at her. "My name is Sabitsuki! And you are... Mara? That's an interesting name! Oh, it's okay... your daddy must have been that big scary man I saw flying on my way here!"
"It's really nice here, and Miss Keine is even nicer! She really pretty and, and sometimes she grows a fluffy!"
