Light repeating blasters were lighter versions of a regular repeating blaster. These weapons were usually restricted to military use in most cases.

Description: Based on a successful riot gun design used by the Corporate Sector Authority, this weapon was known for its high rate of fire in a small package. Due to the weapon's small size, it could be used as a support weapon, or as a soldier's service weapon. This gave Alliance SpecForces the stopping power and rate of fire of larger and more awkward models of repeating blasters.

Description: The T-21 light repeating blaster was a standard-issue, rapid-fire weapon produced by BlasTech Industries. It saw use in the Clone Wars, the Galactic Civil War and beyond. The T-21 was the heaviest standard-issue weapon that could be carried by a single soldier. Clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic carried T-21s into battle during the later stages of the Clone Wars, and the weapon was carried over in the transition from Galactic Republic to the Galactic Empire. Due to its portability, it was also popular with the Rebel Alliance, and later the New Republic.

Sniper rifles were long-range weapons, either projectile or, more commonly, blaster-based. The purpose of a sniper rifle was to kill a target at extreme distances. A blaster-based sniper rifle fired a long beam of energy, capable of killing with a single headshot.

Description: The E-11s sniper rifle was a modified blaster rifle and was the standard issue weapon for the Empire's scout troopers. The modified BlasTech Industries E-11s sniper rifle had a high-powered scope, allowing it to be used as a sniper weapon. In exchange for long-range power, however, the E-11s could only fire 6 shots before reloading.[1] The rifle could withstand any kind of weather and seldom jammed. Its range about 3 miles

Description: The BlasTech E-17d sniper rifle, or Rebel sniper rifle, was produced during the height of the Galactic Civil War. Shots from the BlasTech Industries E-17d sniper rifle were extremely accurate over long distances and remained coherent enough to provide a long-distance punch. The barrel was perforated along its entire length, giving the weapon a distinctive appearance. The E-17d had a higher magnification level on its scope than Imperial sniper rifles but carried a slightly smaller magazine,[1] with five shots in a magazine.[2]
