Most believed that the world would never actually come to this. It was stripped of it's resources and most life had disappeared long ago. However, there
were some creatures that were able to survive. They lived off of synthetic foods that gave them enough nutrients to lead fairly healthy lives.
Unfortunately this was only available to the rich. Those that
could not afford to buy this food were
forced to eat what few scraps that they were able to
find or starve. Because of this, a small group of thieves was formed. Known as "Robins" to the wealthy, they followed in the shoes of the original Robin Hood. They stole food for those who couldn't pay.
Neither side was particularly good or evil, both were just trying
to survive. Both groups consisted of humans, elves, giants, and many other races and both groups had been developed adaptations for years. War was brewing between the two groups as they had to
fight for the few resources available, but there was still
hope. Some people believed that if they were able to work together they might be able to find asolution to the problems that the generations before them had caused.
