Traveler is half Human half Time Lord who survived the Time War by being away from Gallifrey. She then lived on earth with her father until death she then locked her memories away and lived as a human, as a performing horse rider. The pistol is a sonic pistol, and the shot gun was her father. After a few years her TARDIS sent her a message causing her to unlock her memory. She and a female Changeling, named Quanna Chai, travel together doing their best to not get into trouble, but it seems that Time Travelers just seem to have trouble find them.

Where would the other characters come in? Just... tagging along with the Traveller, or?

That was what I was wondering as well.
Usually for an idea for a roleplay, people would like to see a plot and not just one character's back story (Unless it is a 1x1, since that is how Zoie got parts of her back story...).
