Looks: Niajhay is fairly tall and has a dark skin tone, slightly bulbous nose, a lazy look in his eyes and white, shaggy hair which covers the left side of his face. He wears a high collared sleeveless uniform, loose fitting pants, bandages on his wrists and the one-strap-over-one-shoulder Flak Jacket of a Kumogakure shinobi. Niajhay also has stylised characters for Water (水) and Lightning (雷) tattooed on his right and left shoulders respectively, denoting his chakra's elemental nature affinities; Water Release and Lightning Release. The tattoo on his left arm also signifies that he has inherited the Third Raikage's technique. Niajhay also carries a broad, foldable, cleaver-like blade, which he carries on his back.
Personality: Niajhay is very laid back but isn't lazy because he will easily jump to the protection of his village and will even put his life on the line.

Background InformationHis father was the 5th raikage and because of that niajhay had a very cushie life and because of kidnap attempts ect he was always locked in the house and never really went in to the outside world when he was 15 4 his father died from battle wound a previous poisons that slowly eat away his body it took the village a long time to choose a kage so they instead elected a temporary and decided to train niajhay so he could surpass his father greatly 15 yeas from know and he is Raikage.

Bio: Oturan was the b*****d child of a one night stand between Zabuza Momochi and Hitomi Ooniki. Zabuza left the next morning and left Hitomi pregnant and a shame to her family. So much so that they banished her from the clan but not before sealing the Sanbi in the child just so that he may be hated by the village.So for the first couple years in Oturan's life he lived in poverty with his mother. But just being with made him extemely happy and to him he had everything he could want. One day though his clan thought that his mother had lived long enough so they sent one of there clans assassins to kill her. When he arrived he found Hitomi putting Oturan to sleep he snuck up behind her and slit her throat right in front of Oturan. Oturan was frozen in place and couldn't do anything as the assassin walked towards him. As a cruel way in his eyes to punish the b*****d demon child he ripped out one of Oturan's eyes and left him for dead. When Oturan awoke he found himself in a Sewer and in front of him was none other then the Sanbi. The demon taking compassion on the child made Oturan a deal. In exchange for its power Sanbi wanted to be able use Oturan's senses. Oturan readily agreed and so the Sanbi awoke an ancient bloodline thought to be lost in his clan. The Chiton ~ Blood Release was once what made the Ooniki clan feared but no one in the clan could awaken it till now. With his new found power Oturan awoke and set off to kill every last member of his clan. When he arrived his clan was in shock that he was alive and using the ancient bloodline. They tried to apologize but he just slaughtered them all in his anger even the children. After words he left Kiri because he knew he could never be accepted after what he did. So he set of for The Leaf Village because he heard how kind they were and hoped they would accept him.
