❝ Closing up divisions ❞
As you all know, Soul Society relies on its Gotei 13. Figuring it was quite a lot, I decided to close up some of the divisions. The following divisions stay surely: First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eleventh, Twelfth. They play an important and individual role in Soul Society so they are necessary to have. The other 8 squads will be made into 3-4 divisions, their roles, number depending on further discussions.

❝ Changes in Vice-Captain and Crew system ❞
Those who post in this thread and overall seem active and helpful will be made Vice-Captain.
All other current VCs will become Crew members.
Crew members who have been inactive lately will lose their current rank and become regular members.

❝ More about the new arc ❞
The new arc WANTS TO start out already, so I would really appreciate it if you guys would start checking out your old profiles and maybe create some new, human profiles so that it won't be only enemies in the field.
If you need any help, concering about the new arc, about your profile, feel free to contact me, I don't bite ^^.
If you don't feel like having a certain character anymore, feel free to delete them without a word. [THOUGH, ONLY IF IT IS YOURS.]
If you feel like changing a certain character, feel free to edit it, but please, drop me a PM afterwards.

✤ Closing up divisions: How many divisions should stay other than 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th and 12th? What would their job be? [My thoughts so far: Attack, Protection of the Human World, Protection of SS, Supplementary]

✤ Any further idea about the upcoming arc

✤ Any specific idea or request about the profile contest

✤ Changes in crew and system: Is it a good idea? Would you like to become a VC? Do you know a certain someone that you think doesn't deserve their rank?

✤ Guild Clean-Up: Should inactive members be kicked out? If yes, why can't they stay in your opinion?

✤ Fix Dates, people! I need to know when you guys are available, so I can know when to get serious with the arcs, with the happenings and stuff!

✤Closing up divisions: I actually don’t like the idea of closing divisions, but I will go along with it if everyone also wants it. I believe that squad 6 should not be closed, Squad 6 is the law enforcement of the gotai 13 and I don’t know how that would work without that important squad.

I thought this was all decided? wasn’t it the bad guys are humans who got there powers from the big baddie and we have to stop him or join?

✤ Changes in crew and system: I think this is a good idea, but if a VC has been active I don’t think they should be demoted just to make room for new ones.

✤ Guild Clean-Up: I believe the guild should clean out inactive members, this guild has gone through many idea forums, and mini plots to keep this guild alive, if they didn’t participate in any of those I don’t believe there ever going to come back.

✤ Fix Dates: im good, my college semester is ending in 4 weeks so after tat I’ve got all the time in the world lol. right now I can get on everyday so im good whenever you want to start it.

New arc: Yup, but I was wondering if anyone had something else to add to it, or maybe questions, IDK. We still haven't decided on the goal, on the item, on the background of the main villain, etc.

Meaning, if they are active and help, they will remain VCs.
As long as I know a guild can have as many VCs as it wants.

Kicking out inactive ones: So you say you don't give them any other chance? What if they grow to hate this guild because of it? 8( Maybe they will badmouth it and we will lose our (so-far-non-existent) reputation ;_;

Date: So you're saying May is OK?

✤ Closing up divisions: I think closing up other divisions may be a bad idea. But I have yet to see it done in a bleach guild so lets do it. smile

✤ Any further idea about the upcoming arc: I'm still at a loss about the upcoming arc. But that's my fault I'll go read the forum about it.

✤ Any specific idea or request about the profile contest: N/A

✤ Changes in crew and system: It sounds like a good idea to me. But I kinda agree with Faustdeath on this one. Don't clear out the old vice captains to make room for new ones.

✤ Guild Clean-Up: I personally wouldn't kick them out right away. I'd send out warning's about it. And see if they come back. If after the first warning they don't come back I'd kick them.

✤ Fix Dates: I'm good whenever for the arc to start.

Really? You haven't heard it in any other guild? ._. In an other guild they did this and told this was so frequent in Bleach RP guilds that it's no wonder. I mean, it's kinda logical, it means a lot less work to keep on the lookout for 8 divisions than to 13. Also, this way it won't be like "Kidou Corps" and stuff like that. What the hell do those guys do anyways?

If you need help with anything about the new arc, feel free to ask me and I'll summarize it as best as possible.

Again, as long as the current VCs are active, they'll hold their current position.

What I meant by that was I think that the active VC's/Crew should send out pms or announcements and have if it doesn't work kick them.

Announcement will surely be sent out.
I'm not sure about messages. Too much work and most probably we either won't get responses or just empty promises.

-Well May or even April. I think you could send out one final reminder to the inactive people, but if you don’t get a response then they should be removed, I mean what’s the point of being in a Guild if your not going to post in it?

Normally, I'd say that closing up the divisions would be a bad idea, but seeing as we don't have enough active members to hold all the divisions, it might be a good idea to at least try..

✤ Any further idea about the upcoming arc:
I really don't have to many ideas about the arc, I mean humans with abnormal abilities trying to destroy both world...seems pretty straight forward to me...

✤ Any specific idea or request about the profile contest:
I honestly haven't a clue on this one..

sounds..decent..I suppose...

✤ Guild Clean-Up:
I think you should send out messages to each of the inactive members and if they start being active, keep an eye on them, in case of repeat offenders and if they don't respond within a certain time, boot them.

✤ Fix Dates:
I'm still online pretty much everyday, though at times I get pulled away on short notice. (sorry for my, more or less, inactivity here.)

Strange how everyone is pretty negative about this idea, even though it is perfectly logical and doesn't cause any trouble, and is also quite frequently used in getting-inactive-bleach-roleplay-guilds

Well, maybe some suggestions about the goal, the item, the main villain, the cause, anything like that? Or some specification, like there should be tournaments, or just pick a thread where all the fights go, or something like that?

First off, I am surely not going to send a message to each and every one of them.
A complete waste of time. 95% of them won't respond or come up with some fake, empty promise, the 5% left will just put up some trash profile, which is gonna cause more trouble then help.
If they didn't respond till now, I'm not gonna blow my time away on it.
If someone's up for the job, I'm OK with it, but I ain't going through it again I'm sure.
I originally didn't intend on kicking them out, but I see you guys are pretty much against them.
