Roleplay Character Profile Making Rules
In order to be able to roleplay you have to create a character, with which you will play. Please note that this character has to be made by yourself - do not steal anyone else's work. Also, do not use any character from the anime/manga, not even partially.
How to create a profile
● Create a new topic in the Roleplay Character Profiles subforum for your character. One topic per character profile.
● The subject / title of the topic should look like this: [U/C] [Race] Name of character - Rank
___[U/C] = Under construction = Your profile is not ready yet.
___[AA] = Awaiting approval = Your profile is ready, but you're still not allowed to play.
___[A✔] = Approved = Your profile is ready and approved, so you are free to post.
If anyone copies [A✔] to the title before the profile has been approved, it will lead to serious consequences.
● Depending on what race your character will be, copy the proper profile skeleton to the first post of your newly created topic. Profile skeletons are found here.
● Read the Profile Instructions, and according to it, fill in the information of the profile skeleton. If you need further help, contact Captain or Vice-Captains of the Guild [You can find their list on the Guild Home Page]. If there is a part that doesn't need to be filled for you (for example, Additional Information), feel free to entirely delete that part.
● If you would like, feel free to decorate and modify the look of the profile. Do not delete any parts of the skeleton that are not additional. Save it. Do not comment on your character profile. Any comments in character profile topics will be deleted.
● Wait for approval. Your profile needs to be approved by at least 1 Vice-Captain or the Captain. We will try to check it out in at least 3 days. Feel free to drop us a message and tell us you are waiting.
● You are free to roleplay. You can have up to 3 characters at most (exceptions can be made).
● It is a good idea to save the text of your character profile onto your computer, because you can never be sure of the things. We do not delete any profile, for any reason. All deleted character profiles, deceased character profiles belong in the Deleted/Deceased Character Profiles subforum. However, we do not take responsibility if it is deleted due to an unreliable member or an accident.
If you want to have a spot that is already taken, contact a Vice-Captain of the guild and the person whose character has the spot you want. The two of you shall have a tournament for the rank, and the decision will be made by either a Vice-Captain or the Captain.
