A short but bloody civil war on Ashara's home planet of Shili forced her mother to flee the planet. Widowed early on in the conflict she married a Bounty Hunter named Raal Vestira. Ashara was born on Mandalore and was the oldest of three girls, the other two fathered by Raal. Brought up to be just as strong as the boys in her settlement, Ashara was put through hell. When she finally turned thirteen she completed her right of passage and became an "adult". Still living at home, Ashara continued to sharpen her combat skills while working at a local cantina called "The Mythosaur's Pit" where she worked part time as a waitress and dancer occasionally.
Initially, Ashara was welcomed into the world of adulthood as people would help her along when they could, but the coddling stopped one night. a few weeks after her twentieth birthday. A "tourist" was visiting the Pit and was getting a bit too intoxicated. Her sister was working that night and she hadn't come home. It was three hours past her shift's end. Ashara along with her father's strill went out in search of her sister. They found her, dead in the alley behind the Pit. Enraged, Ashara followed the trail that her strill had caught. Soon she was outside of the town and onto a series of small waterfalls that lead out into the ocean. Finally tracking her prey she found that he was heavily guarded. Cursing under her breath she drew her dual blaster pistols and dispatched two of the four guards. Soon the fight was far too close for blasters and a brawl ensued. With her superior training Ashara easily beat the other two guards, but was caught off guard and stunned by a shock stick. Stumbling forward the world turned to black and she began to fall. As she fell she heard two blaster shots and a cry of anguish and then she was engulfed by the deep blue. Now with the shock stick's effects wearing off she found herself deep in the ocean and far out. No matter how loud she cried she wouldn't recieve help. She floated there for what seemed like an eternity. This happened however in a matter of hours, the mystery man who had killed his sister's murderer had found her in his small shuttle. He brought her back and nursed her back to health. In little less than a full day Ashara was back on her feet. The old man was a hermit however and forced her to leave, showing her the way back home.

Frustrated by the old man's stubborness, she began to bring the old man food and water and other little things. One day on her way there she caught him shadow dueling. The way he moved mystified her, she couldn't help herself and exposed herself, expressing her want to learn his unique style of duling with the beskade. After a month of bickering between the two the old man agreed to teach her. He revealed his name to be Wherda Vhett. The lessons were short lived however as the man whom Wherda killed had been a high ranking Moff of the Emperial Empire, and they, already having bad blood with the Mandalorians invaded the system without warning. Wherda was sought out during a training session by the Chieftains of the different clans and requested his leadership as was his duty as Mandalore. This stunned Ashara whom had known him as a simple old hermit. Wherda dismissed the Chiefs though. Ashara afterwards pleaded with him to unify the Mandalorians and take his rightful place as Mandalore. Finally cracking under the pressure, Wherda was seen on the battlefield in his brilliant Black and gold armor. Wherever Wherda was seen, Ashara was not far behind and worked as his aid and right hand woman.

The fighting went on for three brutal years but finally came to an end when Wherda requested Alliance aid. With the combined forces of the Mandalorians, Verpine, and Alliance the Empire was pushed back, making relations between the Empire and Mandalorians shaky at best. Wherda, after the war, signed a treaty with the Alliance that solidified its place in galactic politics. With everything almost back to normal, Wherda slowly began to rest and inch back into being a hermit. The war had taken its toll on the old man and he was nearing the end of his time. With his final words, he passed the mantle of Mandalore onto Ashara.

The transition wasn't as smooth as she thought it would be however as many men and a few women all clamored to become the next Mandalore. Though she was always seen with him, nobody really knew who Ashara was and sided with other Chiefs. They were too splintered and the claims for Mandalore kept comming. Finally Ashara had had enough. She took her stance as the chosen successor and shoved it in their faces, showing her true colors to her people. She unified clans and stopped the senseless infighting and brought calm to the planet of Mandalore. This show of force, power, and resolve proved her worthiness to become the next Mandalore and the clans swore to rally behind her should she call to them, making her the new Mandalore.

People often think him to be easily mislead and tricked because of his lack of sight and he lets them believe this. Joseph isn't likable, there is no doubting that, but he is the person you want to come to when you have a problem that needs to be solved or information that needs to be bought.

• Created while on his search for the "True Force" with Jedi Master Salik Jurrico this lightsaber was used by Axl's Sith counterpart, Darth Zeram and was taken from him after Rune killed him in combat while on a job. The actual physical design of the hilt was based upon the ancient Rakkatan Force Saber, however this lightsaber is far from ancient. Upon pressing a special release button on the side of the hilt, a special Phrikite weave cable inside the hilt is uncoiled and extended straight out. Upon pressing the button again, the coil looses its stiffness and falls to the ground, allowing the user to surprise the opponent with a blade that extends far beyond the normal reach. Outside of this, Rune has not learned how the self proclaimed Sith Lord used the saber

Born on Alpherides as a Miralukan child there wasn’t much to look forward to as you grew up. You either became a farmer, or you learned to harness your Force abilities at a young age at Culu Memorial Center, a Jedi temple. Deciding to go with the later because he despised farm work, the first seeds of love were sown. Not love of a person, or thing, but rather the entity known only as The Force. He loved being able to feel the Force, though it wasn’t anything new, he now knew how he could use it to better his own life. This is where the trouble began. He became slightly self centered and selfish. Many masters and Knights refused to take him. Soon however, one person saw the potential he held. A Sene Seeker from the Luka Sene took the child under her wing. The two traveled the galaxy together and Joseph learned from his magnificent teacher.

For many more years the two would travel together, but it finally came time for them to part. Jospeh was to become a fully fledged Sene Seeker. His duty? To stop the spread of the Dark-Side within their own ranks. He scoured the galaxy to find and redeem those who had fallen. But soon the task seemed redundant, as for every one he brought back to the light or released to the Force, another two would take their place. The worst part was that many of these people had not truly gone dark, but had just seen something they had not. There was more in the galaxy then meditations. So he decided one night that he would leave, and never return.

Someone with his skills was missed dearly though. He was one of the best Sene Seekers the order had, and they wanted him back. They sent Seeker after Seeker, many of them coming back with missing limbs, some were merged back with the Force. Joseph soon became something of a monster or boogeyman in the eyes of the order. Many of the masters had dubbed him the Ghost of Katarr. He soon grew tired of this constant chase however and faked his death, taking on a new identity, Rune.

As Rune he used his skills from his past life to make a living as an information broker, using his skill with a blade and his tongue to get his way and use the Force to sneak and trick his way in and out of places and situations. Somehow the order caught wind of him and sent numerous Shadows and Investigators after him. Once again he was on the run. This was however until he joined a man. This man would not give out his name, but simply called himself the Shadow Broker. Now with a sort of protection, Rune went about his business, feeding information to the Broker as one of his top operatives.
