Jaqen's deal with Arya.
When The Hound covered Sansa with his cape (so charming) and him saving her from the mob.
Meeting Meera and Jojen, I'll have to check out the casting for them.
Daenerys visions in the House of the the Undying. I want to see who is portraying certain characters.

Jon and Ygritte kiss is one thing I'm most forward looking to see in the last episode as well as Weasel Soup (although not called weasel apparently)
Oh and the possible introduction of Whitebeard if the do it in the last episode as opposed to the next season (which i see as the more likely scenario)
