well, i don't think the movie really ended the series...i mean i watched the series and was so excited for the movie...but it didn't end it either!! and i was really mad. do you guys think there will be a second movie? i don't really know...

Alphonse Elric chan I have my doubts, but I would love it if they did heart 3nodding yes, and me too!!!! i would really like one. and then....*dies and goes to heaven* an epilogue where hawkeye and colonel get together finally!!!! but that won't happen. why do all the really decent realtionships start in shounen when they don't get anywhere??

hey,he was a commanding officer in the movie,he had no choice in the matter of becoming a nazi! mad hughes is still a good guy,chiro just likes nazi hughes cuz he looks good in the hat...plus hes alive,thats a major bonus if you ask me --3-- and i really doubt there will be another movie...nothing much to go over..ed and al are the main characters,so we saw THEIR ending.people keep saying the military needs an ending,but there isnt much they can do...plus,it would avoid the fact that ed and al are the main..plsu i would HATE a movie with no ed in it at ALL >:I

(all part of the movie plot) ed goes back to winry, and meanwhile, the military settles its problems. ending with hawkeye and taisa-san together ^_^ whee you know me, i'll always find a way to squeeze that in there somehow...

*Sighs* And of course, Al has no love interest what so ever in the series T-T
And if you guys are that excited about more FMA, there's this DVD called "The Fullmetal Alchemist Premium collection OVA" And it has 4 short stories in it (One including all the people from the movie as chibis!! heart ) and a movie that they played at an attraction at Universal studios Tokyo ^w^

--____-- ed and al have no point in going back to their world,theres nothing to go back FOR.winry knew they werent coming back,the military can live without them,they burned their house down,and going back there would just ensue horrible memories. plus,they can start a new,better life in this world,other than WWII,but that will hopefully pass without harm..>x>

But we WOULD be safer in our world, WW2 was pretty messy sweatdrop and it doesn't help any that we are in Germany
