Relax and let your troubles drift away. A very large series of hot springs lay on the outside of an even larger well of water. Strangely the closer to the center of the springs that you get, the colder the water becomes. At the middle of the springs the waters begin to fall upwards, and go to the sky. While the water never seems to shrink in the springs, thousands of gallons are leaving within minutes at the epicenter. When it rains at the springs, the water simply falls up from the water, thus the area is devoid of any plant life unless it is close enough to the spring itself to survive. No one knows where the water comes from.
