If you bought the game when it first came out it came with a card that told you how to obtain it ^^
But you had to rush through part of the game to get it done.

I had the HARDEST time with the ruby version elite four!
I never passed it D:
this white version is much easier
I did it with my awesome pokemon on my trainer card *cough cough*
flygon [my baby <3], mawile [I love her sooo much~ <3], vaporeon [water go! <3], glaceon! [ice baby~], milotic [my beauty <3], and lapras -w-
I used JUST lapras to beat a few gyms and its leaders!
ALONE!
she's ******** STRONG!
oh, by other one, I meant the opposite legenardary that you don't get in your version
so since I have white, I can get the back leganary through the event
and you have black, so you could get the white legendary
