 On the out skirts of kiri lies the infamous wanted man Outran.Famously know as the blood demon of kiri many pepole hate him and only demon eyes him but behind every closed door...So after he left kiri for unknown reasons he made a small home that leads to the cloud and the leaf villages where he currently vistits its nearly impossible to see his hideout due to the vast snow storm that pass which means he has to constantly repair his home away from home one would say its a small price to pay.

Oturan arrived back at his hideout after not being getting a audiance with the Hokage. "Sigh I guess i'm going to be here for a while." He opened his door and plopped down on the couch.

Kage l Kenjutsu user l Kumogakure After his visit to the mist niajhay wanted to visit this so call legendary blood demon and so he asked an old lady she started to shake as I asked he she only said."You may find him on the outskirts of the village but he is neon impossible to find".As headed out she called to him it was impossible to make out what she was saying so he carried on then activating his sharingan he could see a man sitting on the couch with very high chakra he rushes to the shack and opens the door to find a white haired man causally sitting in his couch.He scanned the area for any one else but nothing."So I guess your the one blood demon come with me please.He slowly walks out wanting oturan to follow him after he was at a good distance he pulled out his cleaver sword holding it in front of a confused boy "Fight me!"

Oturan had a confused look on his face one minute he was relaxing on his couch the next some random person barges into his House and tells him to fight "Look I don't know who you are or what you want but I am not in the mood to fight I'm tired so just leave and try again later." He said with a lazy tone as he walked back into his house

Kage l Kenjutsu user l Kumogakure "He well if you wont then I will".Niajhay concentrated his chakra into his sword then pushes his chakra out and slashes his sword to make a black curved arc of pure charkra to wards then man then quickly runs then jumps towards him bringing his sword down too.

Oturan sighed "You just couldn't leave well enough alone could you." He jumps out of the way of the wave and blocks the strange mans sword then tries to swipe his sword towards the strangers head trying to decapitate him

Kage l Kenjutsu user l Kumogakure "Heh that it."Niajhay ducked down as the mans sword missed his face then his body become engulfed in yellow chakra he then raised his foot up connecting a firm kick to his face it would brake a normal persons jaw unless he activated his chakra cloak he was a jinjuriki after all."Hey you are the 3 tails host aren't you the blood demon give me a good fight and I will make it worth your while."

Oturan quickly recovered from the hit and smiled "Yes now i will show you why im called a blood demon." He said with insane glee. He started a sequence of hand signs and ended with a strange handsign that he himself made up. He then called out his technique Chiton ~ Bloody Spears his blood transformed into spears and flew at the starnger.

Kage l Kenjutsu user l Kumogakure "Big talk for a little boy."Jumping back as more and more spikes charge at him then when there length stopped he drawn a line in the snow,then placing this hand in the ground charging the soon to be electrified man who would surely have to come out of his transformation.

After launching his spears he felt the electicity build up in the ground but was to late to move out of the way "Aaahhhh!" He cried from being electrocuted. He fell on to his knees his body smoking lightly.
