As for rules for this subforum, if you have a question regarding anything you read, how to better yourself, or about what we do here, do not hesitate to make a topic, and someone will assist you.

Congratulations on at least taking a peek at the Wrestling School. Here we will try and help guide you into improving your skills as a role-player in general as well as a role-player in wrestling.

First before anyone takes offence the keyword is ‘guide’ as in a guideline, these are not rules set in stone that you have to obey, but things you can chose to go by and learn from.

In this subform we aim to help role-players new and old, rookie and vet, etc and etc to polish their skills if they wish.

Sadly no one can give you a few tips on how to role-play and send you off an expert, they can give you a few tips and send you off a better player if you chose to use them but not an expert. Becoming a good role-player is the same as becoming a good driver the more you do it the better you get.

With that done let me introduce to you my guide’s mascot:

Say hello to John Smith Evryman.

I shall be using Johnny boy here as an example throughout the guides that submit when it is needed.

With his help we will hopefully cover the basics of role-playing etiquette and move on to things such as original character creation, understanding the points of selling, realism, story development, and various of other things that will pop up in the guild and as you role-play.

Take notices that this guide is far from complete and far from perfect as there is always something to learn and discuss so please enjoy and take up Cphiro on his offer to ask questions and post your own thing.
