wink But from what I heard, apparently he had an assistant, and he wouldn't speak to waiters or anything. He would tell his assistant what to order and have his assistant relay that information to the waiter =P
What a d**k! It's not hard to speak up! The waiter should have gone "I'm sorry, what did you say, sir?"
That would have been priceless!
