ღBasically for school events, character events, and any other place that isn't in Tokyo. This forum will also be used if the characters have to travel out of Japan.
ღIf you want to post a topic here, You have to post the location, like Hokkaido, Japan. If it is a place such as a hotel or something you must post the hotel name and city location.
