In the crime infested Undercity bars and other dingy but public places thrive. Drop offs and shadowy meetings occur frequently in the Casenova bar especially. Run by a strangely large statured bothan, Polon Silka, the bar stays open at all hours and is kept in check for violence though all other forms of crime are ignored.
