Same thing I was wondering when I came back a few months ago. Figured they'd unlock that annoying-a** trunk, but aparently these keys don't work on Legend of Zelda rules... damn heathens...

They make it sound like its supposed to be for something big but at the rate its going I'm feeling like a janitor with all the keys I got. stare

They're used in the backwings alchemy formulas. I think. Maybe other high level formulas. I don't know. It's been awhile since I went browsing through the components for different formulas.

Okay, seriously; does anyone really give a flying ******** about all that alchemy crap? I mean, I honestly didn't even remember it existed five minutes after I lfirst learned of it.

There's not much incentive for me to play around with alchemy to much since I can just outright buy most of the crap anyway... cept the backwings... those lovely, beautiful , gorgeous, sexy backwings. crying

Don't think I've ever seen a recipe that didn't list the chance of success as "very low", either (I keep getting the damned recipes in giftboxes and such).

Honestly I think they had a fun idea going, but I think they put too much into it that it might not have appeal to everyone but it probably gets big hits through the younger generations. I have no interest in it that's for sure, I always sell whatever formulas I get. sweatdrop

The lower level formulas have a higher success rate.
The idea they had with alchemy {as it seems to me} was a means to 1) have a money/item sink that had the potential to give something you'd actually want back rather than just taking your s**t like their events do, and 2) provide items that people have been longing for without resorting to stuffing them in another RIG which would {in the long run} make them more accessible than the limited time RIGs.
However, they miscalculated how popular alchemy would be/how many people would actually want to put the time, money, and effort into it, so the items they intended to be rare are nearly impossible to come by rather than simply being rare, and even the things that weren't meant to be rare were overpriced in the marketplace because so few people were actually interested.
They've made adjustments to one of the alchemy items so that some things that were supposed to be more common have become so and thus are more affordable, but more adjustments need to be made before more Gaians actually find it worth while.

I don't mind alchemy i made a few profit on it but never really cared most of it is just rediculous and most stuff that are used in alchemy have become a little over priced.
now it is great if u own the item and been tempted to sell the stuff for there alchemy
