3. No fighting. Angela carried her luggage up to her assigned dorm "H-Hello?" She asked nervously while knocking on the door quietly "I-Im your new r-roommate"

You see a small innocent child right? 
Martin looked up at the dorms ahead of him, and then smiled slightly, brushing his hair back. Of course, this would take a little work. He had signed up for the dorms, but his appearance always threw people off. He always looked so much younger than he really was, but that wasn't his fault. He was twenty, he just hadn't aged in the eight years since he had been bitten. It was a terrible curse, but fun at the same time.
He made his way to the dorm, and saw two girls conversing. He gave his most charming smile at them. "Hello, I'm Martin, are you two my new roommates?" He asked them, cocking his head. If he was stuck in this body, he would use being young and adorable to his advantage.
