He had been sent out to rotate with another Noir soldier. The soldiers had been stationed along the border to push back the threat of Hong soldiers that had began to invade. Of course, he did not mind, knowing if he encountered any soldier it would be even better practice than his humonculus.
Suddenly, just as they were about to begin another round of practice, Tatsuya spots the shine of purple hair, and the clothes of a hong soldier. However, as he creeped behind the trees, following the soldiers movement, he noticed the giant skull atop the staff held by the man. Tatsuya's eyes followed upwards to the man's face and is immediately baffled by his sunken in, dead appearance. I heard the Hong nation was odd, but... this, I have never seen before. What kind of sorcery is this?
Without further thinking, agitated by not knowing the answer, Tatsuya jumps from the bushes and strikes!
