Honestly, how about some limits about how powerful a character can be? I mean yeah, they're gods/aliens but it ruins the Roleplaying aspect my opinion. Then people will get into giant fights that'd somehow destroy the planet, etc.
There's power then there's TOO much power.

Tsuki the Lunar Wind Then people will get into giant fights that'd somehow destroy the planet, etc. There's power then there's TOO much power. I, the God of Chaos and Disharmony, would never do such a thing. Though I am capable of doing such, I wouldn't do that because there would be no one else to experience my chaos! if I did, i would immidiately return the planet to it's original state.... and have all mortals swap bodies for a week...

This is just a suggestion, but how about a comphrensive list of all the RP characters, not just the deities? All the characters can get confusing.

Back when I was new to roleplaying, one of my character's went insane and grew a tail like Tigger's... And bounced the earth into the sun. :3

Well, I was wondering if Cleaver and I could bring part of Aerithia/Aerithea to the guild.
They are worlds that she's been working on for just over seven years, now, and we've harvested a lot of story ideas from them.
They introduce new races, a curious twist on time and space, and strange species of animals that might just send a chill up someone's back!
Like... the Mocking Bird. Super giant birds, the size and build of raptors... with wings, of course, and feathers. They're smart enough to mimic the call of any animal, and eventually learn to mock human voices, enough to even string together luring sentences. Needless to say, these ugly things are meat eaters. Those of them that are corrupted by the Taint, in either world, have a chance of gaining sentience, and even mastery over a small magic pool..
I love Mocking Birds.
Anyway, an OOC subforum sounds like a good idea.
Reasonable limitations on characters might also be good. We could, perhaps, set up the comparative powers of gods and characters similarly to character sheets in D&D; if I'm right, you can roll dice in these posts, right? So... My suggestion is, on character profiles, post aspects and special abilities, and a post for every stat, like strength, intelligence, so forth.
Be sure to leave a little room for tweaking the results of the dice rolls, and maybe give everyone two shots at re-rolling?
That way, we might have an efficient battle system!
Following after getting a battle-system in place, we could start hosting tournaments to guildies, where winners can receive special prizes or gold amounts.
Also, who likes the idea of World Mash Up? Cleaver and I tend to throw characters into situations where they don't belong, or into lands where they don't belong, or worlds..
Like, she tossed a dragon-kin from way past into a star ship from the friggin' future. That was funny..
Just a few ideas. :3

I can host something, I guess. We could also tie this into a chatroom I know of, it's called RPHaven.com. Free accounts get 10 character slots, with easily customized profiles. Very easy to sign into, with a forum, Minecraft Server, and chatroom. You can make a room in said chatroom, if speedier RPs are more your style, without donating. Just a suggestion, I'm not advertising. I've just been pleased with what I've found, there.

That was funny.. 3 TROLOLOL Lucien will fit into ANY world you throw him in biggrin I once randomly started posting Lucien in random guilds just for the hell of it (and also as an attempt to advertising)
