My history with yugioh.

Got the first yugi starter deck, bro got kaiba, eventually we go to a tournment and I had a fusion deck and did poorly, winning three times by default only.

Later I lose two more times I think?

Then I made it 15th place a few formats ago using a warrior solidarity deck with koaki meiru bergzaks.

I was happy.

But now Im trying to play again and the formats completely different, and I am getting owned in dueling network today.

Ah, I remember when I was little how my friends and I would play without using rules. would summon in defense, play traps from our hands and summon big monsters without tributes and we would follow the effects from the anime, not what the card said mostly because we couldn't read English.

I stopped playing when I was maybe, eleven and only started playing again about a year and half ago.

I actually started playing because of a friend of mine. I went over to his house and he showed me this card game he played and i was hooked on it instently. He was realy cool he even gave me the Yugi starter deck which kicked off my collection. (i actually still have the same dark magician from that vary deck though the other's had become lost with time)

I stopped collecting as much for a few years and picked it back up again about 2 years ago, finally entering my first tournament at Nekocon. I lost in the second round but i was happy enough that i put the beatdown on a crystal beast deck. (despite the face the guy was able to bring out Hamon and 2 rainbow dragons) All in all though it was still fun =D

i have been dueling since 2003, my first actual deck was yugis bls deck
i have gone to any tournys with any of my decks ive only ever dueled my friends that live around me
currently makeing original decks on Dueling Network im trying to be one of the best and failing hard

grew up young my mom telling me that yu-gi-oh was a gateway drug to magic, then D&D and at that time it was bad i guess because people would kill themselves afterwards? but anyways, it way maybe my 8th birthday and my best friend bought me the Pegasus starter deck with a few packs and i looked at my dad and mom and they said i was old enough to have only those, after time i started collecting card and i will admit i have a addiction to, still do. when i was young i would still one or two packs from target or walmart, was able to get the whole grave-keeper and amazoness collection then so i wasn't mad. one day mom caught me and things went down hill, few years later i have a tub will mostly some of the rarest card, only 4 pieces of exodia, 2 of god cards and many more. well i decided to go live with my dad so my mom told that since she bought me most of those cards she was keeping them all. i was able to sneak my E-Hero/destiny hero deck which i will always keep with me now. every since then i was able to get more cards since then, numbers maybe over 500? made a couple of self made decks out of booster packs except my Dark world and Six samurai deck i have modified those myself, and now here i am present day getting back into my card addiction, thankfully i will have a job soon so i wont steal.
