Talents/Skills/Powers: Talent wise, Alexi is one of the most knowledgeable and most unreadable characters ever. Considering his father is a world renown genius while his mother is one of the most deadly and knowledgeable assassins in the world, he himself holds an almost superhuman mind. His talents range from battle plans to simply analyzing an opponents capabilities and weaknesses while taking advantage and defeating them with it. Flexibility is another key feature in his repertoire as well as perfected balance and freakish reaction time. While training in Soviet Russia at a young age, Alexi's handlers would call him a contortionist of the extreme, himself capable of bending in sickening shapes. He holds the capability of walking on a thin metal bar with no problems while he can easily see the muscles twitching in the arm holding a gun and move quickly, if not calculating the distance, thus allowing himself to literally snag a bullet or block with a sword.
Alexi's powers are diverse. From his parents, he inherited sheer intelligence as well superhuman capabilities in strength and mental prowess. But since he was also genetically engineered in Russia as a fetus, he has had multiple genomes placed into his DNA. Samples from Hulk, and Nightcrawler have made Alexi into a genetic abomination, as he calls himself at times as well as many people in governments with the capabilities to find out exactly what Alexi is. Originally, Alexi held a mutation of his own. These involved two large bladed dragon wings and a dragon's tail, with his own nails being made of a razor substance unknown to modern man, the same going with his teeth. He could evolve into a large dragon esque creature or simply become a human dragon of sorts, choosing between the two that held control of a source of black electricity. But with the addition of other genetic contributions, he took their abilities, or rather his genome did, and contorted them to his own brand of powers. From Hulk, he holds freakish strength, not to the extreme of Hulk but strength strong enough to crush bones with a strong blow, crack the surface of a building and make it shake, and to perhaps pick up a small car with a good amount of effort and strong skin durable from small pistols to semi-automatic weapons, but not capable of stopping energy based attacks. His strength allows him to leap from place to place but without the collateral damage Hulk is used to. And from Nightcrawler, he obtained a sense of teleportation and acrobatics but the teleportation limits him to the use of shadows. This meaning, Alexi can use shadows to move from place to place, a.k.a. the Shadow Realm but for long traveling, the Shadow Teleport actually takes a while because Alexi must enter the Realm and search for the Shadow he desires to exit and if he is to cross the world persay, the trip would take him a couple of hours. Stress from the Shadow realm makes him weary in long distances. But in fighting, he can easily exit and be spat out by shadows for when he sees a shadow, he can use his shadow to teleport to that spot. He also has the abilities to use the shadows as a weapon, as to impale a foe and so forth.
Alexi is also an expert marksman and swordsman.

Background Story: Alexi was born from Black Widow during her tenure under Soviet Russia. He was born from Stark's seed and Widow gave birth but then was told that Alexi had died after labor but actually was taken to a Soviet lab. But while he was in the womb, he had multiple genes placed into him and for most of his childhood, he was trained and abused by Scientists, like a lab rat. One day, his actual mutation awoke and he killed and destroyed the entire lab facility, the Soviets taking him down and finishing his training, making him one of their own assassins while hiding him from his mother. Eventually, he allowed himself to be taken by the United States and became a double agent, himself being granted a secret gift of adamantium and carbonadium blades, one of a kind weapons that can only be used by Alexi as they react to his specific genetic code, allowing the blades to be picked up otherwise shocking the one who picks it up, generally to death. During his work, ranging from Desert Storm to multiple other assassinations, he ended up becoming a top official in both political and United Nations affairs, himself earning a blacklist in their supposed most wanted but that is only for show. Other countries have him on their own Most Wanted list. But then he quickly defected from Russia and like his mother, changed loyalty to the United States. Even now, he goes about doing government work while going on a personal quest to put an end to those heroes and villains that effect the world he lives in, to make the world safer, he tells himself while searching for his supposed family. At the age of eighteen he became a member of SHIELD, once again another Ghost Agent that doesn't always appear with SHIELD sometimes acting as opposing...he has his moments where he acts like his mother.
