]About[
Soul Society
Soul Society is a vast spirit world, with a few laws on the books.
]Laws[
The ultimate law is to maintain balance.
It is against the law for a Shinigami to give their spiritual power to Humans.
It is against the law for a Shinigami to use forbidden Kidō.
It is against the law for any citizen of Soul Society to create weapons of a dangerous nature not sanctioned by the feudal government. To do so is treason.
It is against the law to attack a captain. To do so is treason.
It is against the law to commit terrorist action(s) or attempt overthrow of the balance of Soul Society. To do so is treason.
It is against the law to commit murder.
It is against the law to kill a Human that a Shinigami has not been ordered to kill.
It is forbidden for a Shinigami to acquire or attempt to gain Hollow-like powers.
It is a crime for a Shinigami to remain in the Human World longer than a certain time limit.
It is forbidden for a Shinigami to intervene in anything that is related to Hell.
All Modified Souls must be scrapped.
]Entering the world[
Hollow Cannot Garganta into Soul Society, though other cross-dimensional techniques may be used to create a passageway into it.
The only way known into Soul Society is by Senkaimon gate, Shinigami are very rarely dispatched out to the living world without a good reason. This gate is not for traveling to the living world for a sandwich.
]Threads[
Threads can be created by anyone, however the First post in the thread (the one made when creating it) must post as detailed as possible a description of the area the events of the thread will be taking place in. If you have a picture that is good, but their must be a description to follow along with it.
If a thread is located inside of an area for instance a bedroom in Las Noches, please put the location somewhere in the tittle of the thread "Seireitei - Silvo's Sunglass Shop" Please attempt to make the description of that area a good paragraph something more than "A large grassy area" that's too generic and vague.
]Non-Player Characters[
This world is full of NPC characters, Shinigami roam the inner sanctum and non-spiritual powered humans are on the outer world.
An NPC created by someone as, say a message sender shouldn't be killed off without the permission of the one who created the NPC, but if its a group of nameless shinigami you can kill them all you want. However as always when dealing with NPC characters, don't make yourself seem like god, your aura alone killing an entire squad for example, or don't do anything disgusting with them, follow the ToS.
]Travel[
Their is no portal from Soul Society into Hueco Mundo, however those with Garganta once in Soul Society can use it to leave to the Living World.
