if my opponent has besd on the field, and i activate guardian sphinx's ability, shouldnt besd be returned to the owners hand? i am curious because i know that the effect of guardiam sphinx doesnt taget besd directly, it targets all of his monsters...

Yes, you are right, Guardians effect doesn't target

the shiney dragon does go back to the hand. even if he were the only monster there.

i thought shinng had the ablity that when ever effcted by an effct the owner could Say ya or na to it.
