i just read a brand new title, Trans Boy, about a schoolboy who is nominated by a cute girl to become a costumed superhero (the costume is hidden inside his watch) and save the world from alien invaders.
all he really wanted was a normal girlfriend.

i just viewed a scanlation of Kashimashi
about a young teen boy Hazuma who is killed by a crashing UFO but the aliens rebuild and reanimate him, only this time he is a girl.
as a boy he had a crush on Yuna and still pursues her, while his/her old childhood friend Tori want to develop a romantic relationship.
it is all very tasteful and as you can imagine there are many complications.
it is very innocent, maybe two or three gentle kisses and that is all.
the feelings are like saplings, very young and tender.
the ending is sad, or at least bittersweet.
it reminds me of some of the Shakespearean plays like Two Gentlemen of Verona.
