I'm not sure if this is really the right place for this to be. But here goes.
My hair looks like this.

That hair style could work, however, you would have to grow your hair a little more. Since the bangs are longer, and so is the back. As for the colour, that's a little hard to say. Some colours look really good on people, and others don't (for me, I can only be blonde or a red head, nothing else really looks all that good.) But, also it's what you will feel comfortable with. You will be the one wearing it, not the people you encounter.
Just some advice from a hairdresser's daughter, hope it helped/gave you some insight on what you could do.

Your hair looks great already.I'm not sure about the pink(speaking of pink-was that a picture of P!nk?She's SO hot!),but the new cut/style would look amazing. ESPECIALLY if you can pull it off.Chances are-you will.So,good luck to you on the hair thing(and whatever else you do).
