A wonderfully clean river that flows through Karakura, often gangs of thugs will hang out under the Kasazaki bridges the sounds of cars and the nearby train tracks means the cost of houses in the area is low, bringing in less than trustworthy characters. Along with the sound of trains constantly going between cities makes this area some of the least valuable land in Karakura.

The River as a whole is however vast, and goes all across the town, often couples will sit along the side of it and watch the waters flow, the higher upstream the more likely this is to occur, as downstream sometimes garbage can be seen floating in the waterway, or having sunk to the bottom of the river.
