Matsukura Hospital is an old abandoned hospital building in the Tsubakidai district. Homeless persons around the city often dwell inside the place leaving the social surroundings to call it "haunted" from all the strange noises they hear coming out of it.

Gang-less thugs looking for someone to assault without repercussions often visit here and attack elderly homeless people, often leaving them bloodied and near death, a mockery of the hospital's once life-giving function. Sometimes these souls pass to the afterlife with such a connection to the hospital after so many years, they change into hollows, attacking other homeless people.

This place is such an abomination and horrid destination to live in with your very life being threatened day after day, but to some it is all they know.
