The old remains of a large building that was sold to a large company that lost the financial intent to do anything with it. The building has come into a state of almost disrepair however the company in question keeps informing the city that they wish to keep it, paying off the fines for its disastrous appearance as well as the land ownership fees.

This building is used as a base of operations for certain type of people.
