This is the Original Character Application Form, it has two parts an application form and then the profile template BOTH must be used in order to claim a character from the game; if you want to take an original character copy and paste the codes below in order they appear, fill out the forms and then post it as it's own topic in the Application Thread. Make sure the topic's name is presented like so:

Legacy/ Villain = For Villains just put Villain. For a Legacy Character put the name of who you're taking over from.
