CC breedings are now going to be an ongoing thing! A new thread will open each month for you to post in. There will still be normal breedings from most colorists, but this is for us to pluck from if we're in the mood for a little something. In addition, for every two couples a colorist chooses, they will roll for third.
[Note: This is NOT mix-and-match.]CC BREEDINGS 1.) You may post as many couples (and/or rogue breedings) as you want in your post - all in the same post, but fill out the form for each.
2.) All the usual breeding rules, fees, etc apply. So this requires 5 (or 10) RPs per SoA. If you want to custom in, please try to state so in the form so we know.
3.) Both regular and familiar SoAs can be entered. Obviously, if your female is in a pride, breeding needs to be open/you need to have permission to breed. God breedings are NOT allowed, obviously. However, Mortal/God ones are.
4.) Some of us prefer when both throwbacks and randoms are allowed. Chances are that we'll pick couples that allow us to do those.5.) If you're going to post your breeding in a Colorist's thread as well, please don't leave it here unmarked when/if it is picked. It gets very confusing.6.) Double-check that your roleplays are long enough to be used for breedings. If you are short, a note will be left in your post. A colourist may or may not take your breeding after you fix your form.
7.) For randoms, you may now choose 'yes,' 'no,' or 'fits with the family.' 'Yes' gives the colorist free reign, meaning you may (but there is no guarantee) get a cub of a completely random color, and/or with random markings. 'Fits with the family' is more conservative, allowing the colorist a little wiggle room (a different shade of a color already in the family, for instance), but you won't see any surprise!wheredidyoucomefrom? babies. For rogue breedings, you still have no choice: the answer is 'yes' only.
8.) In the Throwback section, you may indicate whether twins or heterochromia run in the family (with image links, please!), but this does not guarantee in any way that either will occur. At the same time, lack of these things does not prevent them from happening in your litter.
9.) We would also like to clarify/re-emphasize that short of choosing whether or not you want throwbacks or randoms (or which rogue line set you prefer), you have no control over the appearance of babies. You can't say 'Don't use this marking/color' or 'Only use this marking/color this way,' unless it is a case of a god having suppressed a trait (in which case, they must be on the list!).
10.) If you are splitting a litter between the mother's and father's prides/packs, any offspring that go with the father must have a JRP, whether it's the mother dropping them off, the father bringing them home, or something for each individual baby. While they are born into the mother's group, they must be accepted into the father's group like any other joining member, and will not be certed until they have a JRP. Also, please make sure that the mother's cert matches the pride the babies are going into. If they're joining a pride without the mother, noting that for colourists may help.
