As a lover of M:TG art, I'm quite impressed with this bunch. As a novice at actually playing the game I can't really comment on the cards themselves.

went undefeated with a GB ramp deck splash red for chandra's fire. won with the super demonic tutor
with winning packs did a draft, drafted 8 timberpack wolves turn 2 here a 2/2, turn 3 here's 2 3/3 turn 4 heres 4 5/5's was my best hand. try the timberpack wolf deck before the deck tech is out you'll like it. so little removal makes the deck sick i think getting 15 timberpack is a SICK deck

Tagg, that sounds like an amazing deck and I will definitely try that out if I ever draft this set...

There are quite a few good cards in the set, but after the Scars fiasco I just dropped $100.00 on a play set of the one card i wanted instead of $300.00+ on a bunch of filler and random rares xD

Omniscience is going to kill in EDH, which got me all excited, it looks to be a pretty powerful set, and we're seeing alot of older cards return to us (Rancor, Erase, etc.) as well as a new lilli who is a bomb once you get her going. All in all I was pleased with the booster box I purchased (going to get more packs like a baws in a bit after I get a second Tamiyo, so there goes the last of my money) and I believe for a core set it's pretty beast :3

Well, I'm about one step closer to purely buying singles, whiffed on a fat pack and got nothing I was really looking for. But when you pull Wit's End, you know it's going to be bad. The only mythic was a garruk, primal hunter which I already own one and don't use. Now I'm split between trying to trade for an ajani and just completely breaking down and buying one.

Singles is the way to go. ~ Packs are a trap.

To drive the point, the past two sets I've ordered singles from, the packs I've opened have had nothing good in them. But I'm still very hesitant to buy anything over $10 for one card...
