Talk about trades and free agent signings here.
What do you guys think of Lamar Odom and Jamal Crawford going to the Clippers? I think Crawford is pretty good for the Clippers, but I'm not sure about Odom, unless he actually tries hard unlike his last season with the Mavericks.
I think the Lakers getting Steve Nash is pretty awesome, but it's obviously not a long term thing. Hopefully they could finally pass the second round of the playoffs next season.

I think Clippers will improve, but not enough to outmatch the Thunder.
Lakers acquiring Nash may land them an NBA finals if everyone is playing really well, and hopefully Kobe and Nash will mesh well.
Ray Allen to the Heat! I think the Heat will repeat for sure, as they have a shooter who is faster on his feet than Mike Miller. I hope the Heat can acquire a Big Man as well.
In terms of the NBA Draft, I'd have to say that Perry Jones is the biggest steal. Not only might he be a great player, but playing for a Championship contender (Thunder).

Ryan Anderson dealt to the Hornets. Joe Johnson and Marvin Williams went to the Nets. Even though I don't want the Lakers to trade for Howard, it seemed the most likely option that the Magic would take, but I think he might land in Brooklyn after all. I'd like the Lakers to keep Bynum and Gasol. Howard won't stay long term anyway.

If Dwight lands in Brooklyn, we're looking at another Big 3. D-Will, Johnson, and Dwight will mesh well imo.
Rashard Lewis to the Heat is another great addition to that organization. They now have a good big man who can sink the 3, and come off the bench for Bosh/Haslem (I don't know if Heat will continue the LBJ at PF thing).

There were reports that Dwight had a change heart and that he's "excited" for the chance to play for the Lakers and would sign an extension. Then his agent refutes those rumors, but I heard that he might just be saying that to stop Howard from getting into trouble. You can't agree to a future contract or something like that.

Well wherever Dwight goes, he's defintely going to make a huge impact. It's really hard to find great talent at Center these days.

bEaStGetMoneyz The nets already have big3 Williams Johnson and Wallace I wouldn't consider Gerald Wallace a "star" player anymore, but more of an above-average player. He is talented though. I don't think the Nets are in the running anymore in getting DH, as the 3-team trade flopped. I hope he becomes a Laker xD.

Antawn Jamison to the Lakers should help bolster the bench. Hopefully we can also land Leandro Barbosa or Jodie Meeks. CJ Miles signed with the Cavaliers. 3nodding

Dwight Howard is officially traded to the Lakers. 76ers get Bynum, Nuggets get Iguodala, and the Magic get Arron Afflalo, Al Harrington, Nikola Vucevic and one protected future first-round pick from each of the other three teams.
As a Lakers fan, I'm really excited. I'm guessing the starting line-up will be Nash, Kobe, World Peace, Gasol, and Howard.

I can't wait to see the Lakers play. I hope Dwight's back won't be a serious concern.
Jodie Meeks signs with the Lakers. Hopefully he can produce a little and give Kobe some rest.
