My major dislike is that it seems to not flow as naturally out of my mouth or too many words all at once. It even seems redundant in some places (e.g., "...count us now until the day of eternity..." or "...consubstantial with the Father..." etc.). rolleyes
I DO like the Apostles' Creed because it actually seems like the one I learned way back in the day. I also like the Gloria and the new Eucharistic Prayers. 3nodding

I like the new apostle's creed a lot. It's more personal. I also agree it doesn't flow as naturally. Other than that, I think it's pretty good. 3nodding

I am a Linguistics major, so I take many issues with the change. But at present I am going to wait and see where the church goes with it.

You think it could change again soon? I hope they don't but it seems like those of us who have grown up with Vatican II maybe have to go back to pre Vatican II soon. The church has been pushing for this for many years now and it maybe change again.
