Does anybody know any exercises that lightweight fighters use to make their bodies so strong but yet..little.Not to buff but yet not too skinny. I desire a little but muscular body so I can move much more natural and faster in a fight(eventhough I know that the muscle twitch fibers help you become faster). I looked all over the Internet. But I believe I can get much more accurate information about this from real fighters. And from those who think they know the proper exercises.

I would look into the book ... Training for Warriors: The Ultimate Mixed Martial Arts Workout ... if you want to focus on punching power focus on chest, shoulders, and hips ... as for speed promote explosive action ... either the objective should be building lean functional muscle ...
But it you can't do that ... we use a certain mitt drill that we borrowed from BJ Penn ... what you do is that for one round you just throw one punch ... doesn't matter what punch ... you just throw that one for that round ... you should focus on speed, power, fluidity, and technique ... what we do is work our way through our punches ... jab, cross, hook, uppercut (both rear and lead) ... switching hands in between rounds ... so switching from orthodox to southpaw ...
Hopefully that help ...

Lol the Bruce Lee one pretty much hit the nail on the hammer. If your looking for more speed as well, it helps to be flexible. Front Splits, Splits, Butterfly stretches, single lotus stretches for flexible knees, all that stuff, yeah yoga's a bit.....Meh. But loose, and free joints = non-restrictive movements, and relaxed body.
Its helped me out a ton. In grappling flexibility maybe at best gives you a 5 or 10% advantage at BEST unless you've dabbled a bit in 10th P JJ. But in any sort of match, any small advantage could spell victory.
