A good chunk of !0th Planet Jiu Jitsu revolves around flexibility, and if some of you guys here are a little interested, then I'll help out, and post some videos on the different stretches you can do in order to give you that Rubber Guard, and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu potential.

Eddie Bravo on Flexibility, and work ethic (Here he shows the positions you should at least be good at if your going to try for a black belt)

First (Should be the easy one) The Butterfly Or Cobblers position, how to properly get into, and stretch in the position

Then there's the hard one....The lotus....Yeah this one might give you some trouble...Only, because you have to stretch just to get into this position, and this position is a stretching position...That's whats crazy about it!!...You have to stretch for a stretch!..

Double pigion pose (I think thats what its called) to open up your hips, and buttox, so that you can better pull lotus.

Now the last video pretty much covers how your knee's should be, and stuff so you can safely get into the lotus, because most people force it, or they don't do it right, so they don't properly get the stretch, and therefore it takes longer to achieve the flexibility.

GREAT! So now your on your way! I really hope I helped out some of you, and also, if you get good enough at it! You might end up like THIS guy!!!

(LOL no way...That's almost grossly flexible >_<)

Now you might be wondering, "Wait what about getting your legs over your head?" Don't worry, because the double pigeon position (again I think thats what its called) that help you get to lotus, ALSO help to get that leg over your head flexibility!

Good luck everyone!!

(Also if you want any 10th P or Rubber Guard techniques, I'd be happy to post up videos on Rubber Guard basics.)
