I'm keeping this plain simple.

Rely on Taijutsu.
Very fast and his Taijutsu is very strong.
Can open some of the gates.
His powerful 'jutsu' is the Primary and Secondary Lotus.

Naruto would win.
The Fox knows if Naruto dies, he dies, so the Fox would keep Naruto alive and give some of his (Fox) Chakra to Naruto. True that Sasuke has the Sharingan and all, but doesn't mean that Naruto would not be able to "dodge" it or find a way to stop it. Naruto is pretty smart. Even though he seems dumb, he IS smart.
Also, the Fox is much stronger than a Sharingan. If the Akatsuki Organization is looking for Naruto (to get the Fox), it seems like the Sharingan isn't very... strong against a demon.
SPOLIERS:
If you haven't seen the latest Naruto Manga, then you would not know the power of the Fox Demon. In the Manga, Naruto has now fully grown his fourth tail. Oro is currently being defeated by Naruto. One of the greatest attacks is that he gets Chakra and forms it into a ball. It then shoots out at the opponet.
Also, even that ANBU that was in charge of "Team 7" couldn't even control Naruto. If an ANBU can't stop him, how could Sasuke stop him?

Naruto would win. The Kyuubi itself is promise of that, but when you add the Kyuubi to Naruto's own power and the Rasengan, Sasuke and his 'curse' doesn't stand a chance.

Remember Gaara, with his demon, defeat the Bone-Sound-NInja-Guy, who had the Curse? And Temari, a simple kunoichi, defeated another woman with the curse? And Kankuro defeated another man with the curse? And Chouji?
END SPOILERS
So WHY would Naruto lose to Sasuke?
Unless, of course, Naruto says, "No, I can't kill you Sasuke!" so then Sasuke kills him. But I doubt that.

I'd have to say Naruto because of the Kyuubi. If you've seen him go 4 tails against Orochimaru, he's really kick a**. And he was able to destroy 3 of his Ultimate Rashoumon gates which was said to be a perfect defense. Orochimaru even said if that blast touched him, even he would've died. So I see no way Sasuke can win.
*coughs* This is in the manga of course.

I also think Naruto would win. First of all because of his little Kyuubi-chan. Second because Naruto's intentions are purer than Sasuke's. Purer typically equals a winner. He's very determined and was the "underdog" so he has something to prove from beating Sasuke. Plus he learned from the LEGENDARY Jiriya. Sasuke can only win if Naruto lets him.

Wow, I am going to be so flamed but. I sorta thought that Sasuke would win at first because of the Curse Seal. After all he was the youngest to achieved the third and possibly final form of the Curse Seal and owned Naruto in his demon form. But of course that was like 3rd tail. So I might be wrong. Since Sasuke in his 3rd foem is powerful and Naruto in his 3rd tail almost evened it out. But now he has the "fourth tail". I doubt that Sasuke would win. So I changed my mind, gonna go with Naruto.

While Naruto in the present I believe to be stronger than Sasuke, I am also part of the crowd that believes he has to lose the Kyuubi. Somehow, in someway, he and it will seperate (this was made evident in the fact that Gaara was brought back to life after loosing Shukaku).
So will Naruto be stronger then? Probly not right away, but this brashness hes shown so far since getting back seems to be covering what else Jiraiya almost surely taught him. I think theres much to his character we dont have a clue about yet. And without the Kyuubi, he'll probly be much calmer of mind in a fight showing that battle prowless he displayed as early on as the first encounter with Zabuza.
