Actually Miley really is declining in her faith in God. She was raised as a Christian, but fame and fortune has blinded her and caused her to hang out with friends in L.A. who don't believe in God and get into drugs. People wish Miley was forever 17, so all the things that have happened would never happen. Billy Ray Cyrus is depressed and blames Satan for taking his daughter. I looked into her song, "The Climb," and it displays a spiritual battle. "I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20)

She needs prayer for other reasons. The entertainment industry is dark in general, encouraging behavior that is in contradiction to YHWH's ideals (lying to keep up a marketable image or on the flip-side fabricating public drama to retain the interest of the public, leaking scandalous/sexual photos on purpose for the same reason, etc...). I don't seek the entertainment she puts out nor paparazzi/gossip sites, but information about her life somehow manages to reach me; from what I've seen, the lifestyle she is leading reflects negatively on the God she claims to believe in. We should pray for YHWH to draw closer to her and for her to draw closer to him by seeking out his word. When we're in public, this goes for any Christian, the paparazzi or anyone else should find nothing "scandalous" enough about us to capture in a photo or gossip about—if we're truly walking in the spirit that is, because when we walk in the Spirit there is nothing sensual to capture.
