Plyometric Exercises are exercises that are done at a explosive phase.They are good for training your fast twitch muscle fibers.
Can someone give me a complete list of any Plyometric Exercises?
there is no real complete list. take any exercise, and add the explosive power to it and go outside the normal range of motion to it. here is a few exercises for each muscle group.
Legs:
jumping switching lunges
jumping squats
abdominal:
leg raises
explosive "fast up, slow down" sit up to cross elbow
Chest
clap pushups/supermans (there are thousands)
Back
squatting overhead press (done at the same time in a smooth motion)
powerclean/clean to press, many of these as well
overall:
burpies, squat thrusts,
sledg hammers
