...IS A TOTAL LIE. HAS SOME HOPE. A girl with headphones and a Mr. Mew doll is said to be seen as a secret ending to the iOS re-release, along with the words, "New 7 Days." This girl, nicknamed "Hype-chan," side-by-side with the fascinating phrase, is TWEWY's new basis line for a sequel. As the fanbase grows more hardcore, so will SE. Our question is whether Hype-chan is Neku and Shiki's kid SE will hear the TWEWY fanbase's voices.
The official website for Solo Remix is riiiight HERE
I'll be updating this whenever I can, especially when new information is leaked, so be sure to check back often.
~It is being released on the iOS, unfortunately, for $17.99.
~Do look at that timer, the background lightens and the music has a new segment added every day.
EDIT: The timer is no longer there, it is now replaced by the official Solo Remix website. The BGM is a mixture of almost all of TWEWY's main soundtracks.
~The iOS leak is apparently not the only hidden, surprising thing in store for TWEWY 2, says Brian Gray, one of TWEWY's translators. Any ideas what this could possibly mean?
~TWEWY 2 is no longer completely confirmed; instead, a re-release of TWEWY may be out for the iOS.
EDIT: A re-release of TWEWY has been confirmed, and has been released in stores in Japan.
arrow What remains the same:
~Characters
~Story
~Another Day [bonus Day]
~Pins, though this may not be correct.
arrow What has changed:
~For changing onto the iOS, combat is now on one screen.
~Wireless connections now may be utilized through Twitter.
~Fusion styles have changed.
~Art has been redrawn, but very slightly, enough to look much like the original.
~The scanning process has changed - instead of a normal blue light covering the screen, a "current" passes through the field to scan.
~The partner system has changed. Instead of having your partner on two screens, you now have a "Partner pin," used to summon your partner when you utilize it. Like all pins, once the Partner pin runs out of fuel, it will then enter the reboot state. While alternating between using Neku and your partner, your Sync Rate will go up as you fight. Once it reaches 100%, 200%, or 300%, you will then enter the Fusion state to activate your Fusion attack.
This makes most of us quite upset. We still have the hope of a sequel, and though nothing is confirmed yet, the TWEWY fanbase will most certainly be waiting D<
