Body: Lightly tanned. The pelt around his hooves will be deep deep navy. Not quite black. I would like it to work up to a more sea blue near his knees, and by the time the coloring gets half way to his shoulders and haunches, the color breaks into jagged rocks with water breaking over them.
Face: Same as body. Black eyes. I would like him for have a fairly forlorn look on his face. He will have faced many hardships at this point in his life.
Mane: Blue-black ringlets .
Tail: Alternate kelpi
Hooves/Fetlocks: Long, flowing fetlocks that look like gently flowing water. Black cloven hooves.
