Well, you can probably tell what I'm asking for by the title. What's your philosophy? What do you always try to remember when you get into a sticky situation of some kind?

I don't really have one, not in so many words. Can you give some examples? Are you talking, like, hedonism vs nihilism vs neo-platonism, etc? I wouldn't know enough about it to know what manner of thinking I aligned with. I'm afraid I'm very uninformed when it comes to philosophy.

A saying of some sort (either one you made up yourself, or one you heard or read somewhere, whatever.) that you always strive to live by. For example, mine is "When life punches you in the face, grin and show it all the teeth it didn't knock out."

Ah, a personal motto? I consider that terribly limiting. No one phrase is going to be useful in all situations.

Yeah, that's probably true... I dunno, it's just easier for me to remember. haha, I don't really have the mental capacity to come up with a completely different response to every situation.

Ahaha sweatdrop Well, that's fair enough. I try to take each situation as it comes, but when I'm stymied and not sure of which action to take, I try to do what I think is most honourable, and I look to the gods and the Havamal for guidance and inspiration.
